The challenge of leading a design team
I lead a Product Design team with a hands-on and collaborative approach. As a leader, I work lside by side with the team, ahelping with tasks such as prototyping and conducting interviews, always focusing on quality deliveries and task balance.
I believe in the power of collaboration and encourage constant exchanges between team members. I promote initiatives such as UX Collab and the restructuring of documentation, making information accessible and useful without bureaucracy.
My current challenge is to create processes, rituals and routines that guarantee organization, autonomy and fluidity in the team's work, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

With over 8 years of experience in digital products, I maintain a close relationship with development teams, facilitating technical discussions, aligning feasibility and complexity, and ensuring a complete handoff that connects design and technology efficiently.

How I got here: college, education, previous experiences
How did I get here?
I started my journey in design studying Product Design at UNESP (2012/17), during this period I was a PIBIC scholarship holder, I did an exchange program through Ciências sem Fronteiras (CsF) in Spain and I did an internship in the development of products for use in Occupational Therapy at SORRI-Bauru.
In 2017, I began my journey in digital products through MJV Innovation & Technology Consulting. Since then, I have focused on improving my strategy and design research processes in the digital field.
